Return Policy

What is your return policy? if my product arrives damaged or defective or isn’t what I ordered?

If you have received products that you did not order/damaged/defective products, please do not remove any tag, open the box, and keep the original packaging. 

Fill in the contact form and write to us why you want to return the items. After that, our customer representative may require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

How do I return my order?

You have two return options:
1. Return via Postal Service (postage by the consumer).
2. Return to one of our sales team representatives.

Kindly follow the following steps:
  • Contact our Customer Service team here.
  • Provide our Customer Service team your order details and the reason for returns.
  • Print out your return form(s) that will be provided by our Customer Service team.
  • Pack the item in a box, insert your return form, and then seal up the box.
  • Go to your preferred courier to post back your returns.
  • Take note of the tracking number stated on the shipping label provided by the postal service as a reference.

Return Policy Term and Condition

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

You can return your order within 7 days receipt in new condition. 

General Return, Conditions:

  • Product items must be unused, unopened boxes, unworn and undamaged.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
  • Apparel must have the original packaging and original tags attached.
  • The return policy only applies to purchases who are purchase from our website and company representative.

The returned items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If we found any damages or manufacturing defects or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

When will I get my refund?

Right after the returned product is inspected and confirmed it fits within our returns policy, then we will refund you as soon as possible. 

Note:

Products inspection timeframe may may take up to 1-3 days. And, we will directly transfer into your personal bank account only.
